Hi to all you people, I proud to tell you that I have joined AGEL a little more than a week ago and the results are amazing, the products work great for me especially UMI and EXO, just waiting to try out FLX for my joints. Talking about the results, why would i say that it is amazing is because in just a period of a week, there were 22 people in my organisation and $34,000 of products were sold through my organisation and the best part was there was no selling involved, I have to tell you the truth, when I first started in this industry and I thought it was total bull to not sell, but now I have seen this with my own eyes and it's like a total change of paradigm, have to admit, I was seeing that kind of situation with my eyes and not my mind and until it happened then did I get it.

Now you may be thinking why am I not stating how much I make monthly, my reason is that there is no need to boast and it doesn't matter how much I make, it's how much you want to make when you join.

Talking about looking at opportunities or just about anything, it is really important to see with your mind and not your eyes, I can tell that my future in the corporate would not be a good life as my highest qualification is an NITEC certificate and I have very bad discipline when it comes to rules and regulations in the office, I simply hate taking orders from higher up and thankfully I have read Robert T Kiyosaki's books and this is the best suggestion to everyone out there, if you really want to make money, start a business part-time, it kept me thinking on how to start one, then came his book Rich Dad's Business School which was promoting the benefits of a network marketing company and it all makes sense, it's so simple, you only have to understand exponential growth and that's all to it as to why it is such a good deal.

Rejections are faced by network marketers all the time and the regular 'no' does not affect my drive at all, it just makes me feel sympathy to the friends that I have told about the opportunity and they do not take it up and only like to complain about their life being pitiful, not having enough money and stuff, they may look at other things in life on a positive view but when it comes to money, they just want to suffer like the rest, not thinking of how to solve it, money is not everything but don't you agree that if you could solve your monetary problems then wouldn't it have solved many of your problems?

Recently I contacted 1 of my friends about the AGEL opportunity and she watched the AGEL PHENOMENON DVD, first thing she only watched it half-way, and told me that she wasn't interested over msn, so I called her up and asked why is it so and her reply to me was that she was simply not interested, so I asked if she could introduce a few friends to me, as though she was passing on the deal to someone else and I worked through referrals and she said she had integrity to not give out her friends numbers, seeing this, I felt that she may not like her friends to know she gave out numbers and next I said how about I not tell your friends that you gave the numbers and I'm getting so many referrals that I can't track who I got their numbers from and this is the best part, she told me to go approach another friend of ours and "CON" her of some phone numbers. WOW. Con someone! Please read through the whole paragraph to see if my method of prospecting was trying to CON anyone of anything, if yes I will happily go to jail. Well my reply was sorry to burst your bubble but I run a legitimate business and since you don't wish to help a friend, it's fine with me as I'm not forcing anything on you and thanks for your time.

There is no need to be angry at all, I see this as people not being knowledgeable and not they thinking that they know too much and they just think they will get a stable job after graduation from university but here's a fact, go to any company currently looking to hire people and ask them if they have any problem recruiting, the employers will simply tell you this "if I blindfolded myself, took a dart and just throw it anywhere I like, I will very likely hit a university graduate".

People are just unwilling to change themselves for the better which is the problem to poverty, look to residual and passive income as a way to make a living and life will be a lot easier in the long run.

I have to thank Dave and Karen Cane for mentoring me as well being able to learn from Randy Gage, a best selling author of the book How To Build A Multi-Level Money Machine and 1 of the best in the network marketing industry. I work with them and they have shown me results, I can do that for you too.

I am AGEL.

Cheers,
LeonT

Today i have a story, its about a lion, a rat and a fox. The 3 were gathered at a campfire with a few pieces of meat in front of them, the lion told the rat to split the meat evenly between the 2 of them, and the rat delightfully split the pile of meat equally half and told the lion that he was done, this act angered the lion and he ate the rat! Next the lion put all the meat together again and told the fox to to do the same thing, which is to split the pile of meat between the two of them, now the fox just took a slice of meat for himself and told the lion that he has finished the task of dividing the food evenly. The fox was nervous now as he didn't know if he did the right thing, but the lion told the fox, thank you for being so clever, please enjoy your dinner.

The first time i read it, i was confused and did not understand as to why the lion ate up the rat when the instruction was to split up the meat evenly, but over a few days i managed to solve this mental puzzle, the answer lies in the fox knowing that mistakes are always made and when a mistake is made right in front you, don't do the same thing and you would receive a different result, which in the story meant that if he still did the same thing as the rat as to split the meat equally between both of them, the end result would have been the same.

This story means a lot of me and the others who seek to have a better future. Now my real life is in relation to the above story because what I am going to share with you is a real life fact that happened to me. Here it goes.

My dad works at a foodcourt as an operation manger, it is a great position given that his education is very low and the pay is really good, he used to own a mercedez before but now drives a lancer ex, which is a 2litre car, has a 2-storey hdb flat and my family is always sure to have proper meals. This all sounds very secure that he has enough money to support the family and he has a stable job because of the years that he been with his boss. But where is the problem in this situation? The problem lies in the word job. Did you know that a job meaning Just Over Broke? He has been paying a high price for holding this job, he works during holidays as more people tend to go out on days that they don't work and the food court would require his presence to make sure the operations go smoothly. He needs to keep his phone next to him at all times because he needs to know the sales of the whole foodcourt everyday and I can tell you, even when it is dinner that he can enjoy his food with his wife and children, he gets interrupted halfway to attend to a call from the foodcourt seeking advise and help from the workers there, how would you like that, and even after dinner there would be calls from people who want to have a stall at the foodcourt can he would have to entertain the calls and lastly the employees who have problems in the foodcourt and have the guts to use vulgarities on my dad, all this nonsense even after work. Imagine the amount of stress he has to face. The financial in my family is not that good either, yes there is a financial problem, it is due to the increasing prices of the utilities and living expenses, I recently asked my dad to get a repairman to fix my air-con as I have not been sleeping well the past few nights as the air-con is not blowing out cold air anymore and so in the morning I wake up in a hot and humid room with low oxygen levels and this was his reply to me, Leon I don't have money to get a repairman to come and fix it. This really made me think hard and long.

The one thing that I thought to myself was to commit myself to change the future and not be in his shoes, my mom still does not understand that if I did the same thing as my dad, the same things would happen again in the far future. This brings us to the point of the definition of insanity, the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result. My dad does not understand that by building something that will bring in money whether or not he works is a good thing. He thinks that business is risky because he thinks he had done a business before, that business was really laughable, he had a friend whom he trusted to open a stall with and they decided to open a chicken rice stall somewhere, so he passed his friend $20,000 to go do the proceedings but what happened? The business did not fail, it did not even start to begin with because that friend ran off with the money! Why would a business be risky in that sense? Was it ridiculous?

All this events have lead me to be different from all the people who just don't want to change, I want to be a solution to the financial situation happening around the world and not just trying to save every penny in order to make ends meet, it is not the lifestyle I have in mind because there is no life and no style. I want to be a dad to my children who think that their family has all the time in the world to bring them to school and spend plenty of time together.

To end off, there is this guy Randy Gage, well-known in the network marketing industry as the Messiah, he says that it is a sin to be poor. Well, to me it sounds harsh although i have to agree with it, but in my own sentence, it is not a sin to be poor, however, it is a sin if someone is poor and does not do anything about it.

To helping people,

Today's topic is about network marketing or multi-level marketing, and what is the difference from a pyramid scheme. Let's go.

Multilevel marketing is no small thing… by the early nineties, more than 100 billion dollars worth of products and services had been moved because of it. Multilevel marketing (MLM), also known as “network” or “referral” marketing, offers you a commission for the products you sell and also for the sales of those you recruit or refer to the program. Multilevel marketing isn’t for everyone. If you’re not a natural networker, or even a little on the shy side, it probably isn’t the best choice for you, but if you are willing to change or looking for personal development, it would be a place to learn and earn at the same time.

Here’s how it works: After making an initial investment, you receive the marketing materials and/or products necessary to sell start selling. In many cases, the products are nutritional or healthcare related including vitamins and weight loss supplements. Every time you sell something you get a commission, as does the person who recruited or referred you. In addition to selling the product, you need to refer or recruit others to the program, and then you’ll earn money from what is sold by people you’ve recruited into the program. In fact, multilevel marketing probably puts more emphasis on the recruiting part than the selling part. The more people you bring into the program, the more money you’re likely to earn through their commissions.

If you’ve done any looking into home based businesses and even if you haven’t, you’ve probably read articles and seen news programs warning you to stay away from multilevel marketing programs. While it’s true that many of the multilevel marketing opportunities aren’t really what the promise to be, not every multilevel marketing opportunity is a scam. What the news programs and articles warn you against is not really multilevel marketing, but a pyramid scheme. Pyramid schemes focus only on recruiting distributors, not selling a substantive product to make money.

The new participants pay a fee to participate and hope to profit by recruiting others into the system. No products ever really get sold as they’re just a front for the pyramid scheme, so as to appear as a legitimate MLM business. Most areas have laws banning pyramid schemes that pay commissions for recruitment, not sales of products. However, most MLM companies still typically structure their payment plan so that recruiting is more profitable than selling. With the right company, multilevel marketing is a legitimate, moral way to make money.

The thing about MLM is that is almost always requires you to make an initial investment, and often even a more substantial investment for additional training or marketing materials. The most successful companies usually have the most advanced educational programs which cover everything from marketing and sales, to leadership and money management.

The failure rate with multilevel marketing is very high. The main reason being that most people give up after a month or two because they haven’t made the fortune they thought they would. It usually takes longer than that for the sales and commissions to start to roll in at a significant rate. When joining an MLM program, you need to first make the decision as to whether it is worth it to work hard for possibly a long period of time without much of anything to show for it.

Some MLM companies have opportunity meetings or training seminars. The hidden agenda is usually to get you hyped up and purchase an advanced training package, or additional materials. Don’t ever sign a contract at one of these high pressure events. Insist on taking your time to think over any decisions. Talk it over with your spouse or a knowledgeable friend or peer first to be sure you’re making the right decision.

One last consideration before you decide to get into MLM is that many people see it as a scam. Because of this, you might have trouble recruiting others to join you in the program, and thus making a financially rewarding go of it. If you are interested in investing in a multilevel marketing program, you’d be well advised to research the company and product thoroughly. Do some research on the net first and check with the Better Business Bureau. There are a lot of scams out there, and if you’re not careful, you could become part of one of them.

How to Select the Ultimate Business.

Previously, you learned about the law of attraction and how anyone can create abundance!

Now that you know how to attract abundance, all you need now is a vehicle to receive all that you now believe that you can achieve!

Things to Look For in Selecting the Ultimate Business

1) You should have awesome products that you can feel good about! You want the value of your products to exceed the price. Customers should feel like they are getting an awesome deal. For example, by having vacation benefits like travel and cruise certificates that greatly exceed the price of admission, plus other features like training webinars and digital libraries that further boost the overall value, you inspire people to take advantage of what you have to offer!

2) You need to be able to earn from both retail customers as a well as wholesale!
There are many businesses that are only 'recruiting' other people. In order to be successful, you must be able to have retail customers. This is where you get confidence about your product and people who have been taking will have more trust in you and give you testimonials, they might even be interested in doing your business!

3) Understand the compensation plan, because not all the plans are meant for all the different people in this world, some are more suited to the unlimited width while others are more effective with the binary or something else.

4) How the company teaches you to prospect, I'll take the tip from Tim Sales, anyway that you feel comfortable, whether it be getting people to fill up forms online, talking to the cold market outside shopping malls, getting friends to refer more friends, write a blog or advertise. As long as you feel comfortable, that is something duplicatable. It is something i learnt from Sales Dogs too, improve on what you can do best and learn good triats from the other types. Just because one is successful and can be a mentor, does not mean everyone under him must fit into the same mold that shaped him into someone who earns big.

5) Would you be comfortable with your up-line, if your up-line has been telling you lies and doesn't answer your questoins well, do you think you will stick with him for the long run? That is something very important even if the company is a very good opportunity.

6) Last but not least and the most important i thing i wish to mention, every company only shows that it is the best and everything good all about it, BUT please do your research and find out if there are any bad points to the company and then weight the pros and cons. I thank a friend of mine, Wei Jie, for this as when i talked to him about all the good stuff about this and that opportunity, he finally asked me, why is there not a bad point about it and it made me think back, after researching all around, i realise the importance of his words, or would i say 'such wisdom!'. So remember, check all around the internet, preferably, to look out for the bad points. Let's admit to this, nothing is perfect.

P.S. You will want to look out for a company that has been around for 3-5years, at least they have staying power and before its momentum growth period, a new company with no track record for back up is rather risky.

To looking out

I have been away for awhile as there have been quite a number of things that had a lot of urgency to do it. Anyway, as i was talking about the two sides of a coin, the side of having enough to survive eg to make ends meet, and the side of having abundance in your life.

If you take the time to fully appreciate and absorb it, this one lesson can give you the power to create the life of your dreams.

The Law of Attraction - how ANYONE, including you can create unlimited abundance!

Think about your life right now. Are you focused only on "makingends meet"? Are you afraid that you are not going to have enough money, food, fun or love? Are you constantly working, only to find that you still don't have the time, or money to enjoy your life the way you want? In order to get beyond this, it is necessary to focus on the goal.

That goal is Abundance. Do you know what abundance is? We're not talking purely dictionary knowledge. You need to go deeper.

You must absorb the concept of abundance into every cell of your being, before you can achieve it. The concept of abundance is simple and yet profound. Abundance means 'more than enough.

'Most people are in 'survival mode'; they believe that 'there is not enough to go around'.

It is THIS belief that is creating the world around them. Change this belief and you can do, be, or become anything you want in life! Anyone can create unlimited abundance! Part of you wants to believe this and part of you finds it hard to believe.

The vast majority of the ultra successful agree; before they became successful, they first believed that they could. One great would be Bill Gates, he believed that in the future, every home would have computer.

You will most likely have to re-read the above statements, as they are powerful. You have to believe, BEFORE you can achieve. Too many people live their life with "I'll believe it WHEN I see it" -
What they don't get is that their life right now, is a direct result of their beliefs right now.

In other words, until your belief patterns change, your life will never change.

In order to create abundance, it is first important to understand exactly what abundance is.

Abundance = more than enough.

To a life of abundance,

LeonT

A Sleepless Night

I was at a wake, talking to this lady who is more senior then me, we were talking about miscellaneous stuff when the topic turned to what I wanted to do in my future, I was saying that I wanted to be a very successful network marketer. That's when all her emotions changed, even if you were not able to hear what she was saying, from a few tables away, you could tell from her expression how pissed and irritated she is about the industry. The things that she told me made me rather uncomfortable and I could tell from her expression that her wall is totally up and hard to make any point across to her which is why I can't get any sleep. To clear some of the sh*t left behind by the rotten apples of the industry.

Now what did she tell me? It was all about a close friend she has, about the way he dealt with people he talked to and all the negativity about the industry. I don't blame her for thinking that way, I only blame her friend's upline or the company that taught her friend to approach in that manner, it is so wrong to just push your products or business opportunity to others, whether it be your warm or cold market. I believe you have heard of people from mlm telling you that it is so profitable and the thought goes in your mind, if that is so then why isn't the whole world doing it? Well, not everyone is suited to be in business, if everyone did, then who is going to fry those tasty fries at fast-food restaurants?

You could tell that roughly 10% of the population control 90% of a nation's wealth and vice-versa, take a look at the people in the 10% and you will see the majority made up of business owners and great investors.

This is the main point that has troubled me more than what was said before this. I asked her if she did network marketing or any form of it, she replied no. I asked if she really knew how it worked, she said yes and that she EVEN attended their talks and challenged me to convince her. I did not want to convince her as it was of totally wrong timing. The point is, if you never do it before, how much do you actually know until you get into the industry and do it for a period of time. Even if you did, but were not successful, did you do a post review of what went wrong? The key to success can be found where mistakes are made.

Here is this good example of not knowing until you have been in a particular industry, I was a trishaw-rider before. Let me predict some of the few things going on in your mind right now. Must be a tiring job or it is a job for old people. Actually a fact is there are a number of teenagers working there too and it is actually a fun job, oh my, it really is an experience, from the tourists you meet to the races you take part in. OK back on track now.

I don't believe in brainwashing someone to think that he sure will make it big, not everyone succeeds every time, an example i would like to use is Colonel Sanders, you know that KFC guy, he became rich at the age of around 65(if I'm not wrong), think of how many times he failed and was rejected before that, so if you tell me you are too old, I'll tell you his story. :-)

Network marketing is really a business platform where you can go in and the people there really want to make you successful, please please and please, choose the proper company and also pray you have a good upline to coach you. It is so different from a traditional business whereby you open shop and have to fight with competition right from the first day.

I do not want everyone to have to be in network marketing as it is not everyone's destiny but my one and only wish is to let everyone that I meet in the future and the people around me understand what this networking marketing is about and not have any more negativity about it, except for those rotten apple companies.

Finished at around 5.45am, have to go zzz now!!

To achieve dreams

YEAH went to F1 last night, was a great experience. Really have Jet Toh to thank for getting the tickets for my team and i. The sad thing is that the cars move too fast and my pics don't look too good due to the fact i'm just using a camera phone. Enjoy the pics of the (blurred) cars and me together with my team . :)

Anyway, when i was looking for opportunities last night, i happened upon this golden opportunity, it is a place where prelaunches are shown and i feel it is best to be in an opportunity that lets you in at the pioneer stage.

Click here to find out more

Leon T. here is a very beforehand guy, i like to plan ahead, that is why i'm into business, it makes me think more creatively, learning to do a business is a very fun yet torturing thing to do, its very hard to understand from a third-person perspective, well the easy thing to see is the torturing part, because people can't accept that you are going into business and will make more money than them and they feel threatened, so they pull you down with negativity, or say things like you won't make it. For me, i started in believing in myself, it is where you need to begin in the first place, THE BELIEF IN YOURSELF.

Have you heard of people saying that network marketers only mix around only with people from the same business as them, do you want to know the reason why? Because it is irritating to hear from people who keep saying you are lousy, cannot make it, won't become rich and all the other stuff. In the correct environment, you don't even have to believe in yourself much because everyone believes in you, that you can do it. It is a place where the average person gets to develop the business skills and be showed the world of abundance.

You know the phrase "go to school, study hard, get good grades, get a safe and secure job with a stable pay". Reflect on that sentence now. Now a little food for thought if you really do plan to be rich. Look at the world's top 100 or maybe 1000 richest people, is there anyone of them who had been a full-time employee from the time they start til the current financial status that they are in. Or maybe you don't aspire to be that rich, it doesn't bother me at all, but have you thought of your future, when you get married, buy a house, buy a car, have a baby, would a job really be able to sustain all this expenses, struggling to save that few cents off everything which is a major blow to your lifestyle, what you really get is no life and no style, now this is not something i'm doing to scared you, if you would just open your eyes wider and listen more then will you start to realise all this happening all around, now that is scary, just as when i really woke up to this fact.

Do something about your future by planning now, and that is the best advice i can give you.

The best timing anything is NOW. Do not underestimate the power of now.

Have a nice day,
LeonT
